After starting his career on a dare, Bill began on-air at WTVN in Columbus. A few years later he came to Boston where his voice was heard on WBZ, WBOS, and the legendary WRKO. While working in New England he also became a TV Host, Program Director at WZLX, and Production Manager in radio. He was rated #1 in the afternoon on the original WEEI, and was on the team twice – first with soft rock, and later, sports

 

Channelling his production expertise and his love for sound, Bill started Club39, his home studio, where he has live-recorded most of Boston's best blues and jazz bands.
